Keakuratan Pencatatan Data Produksi Ikan Hasil Tangkapan Di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Bungus

The accuracy of fish production data in PPS Bungus is very important to
support government programs, especially in the capture fisheries sector. The
importance of the accuracy of fish production data is to know the potential
resources that exist in an area. The purpose of this study is to examine the
accuracy of the fish production data and to know about the structure and data
mechanism on production data of capture fisheries in PPS Bungus. This research
was conducted because the production of capture fisheries in PPS Bungus in 2017
experienced a considerable increase of 960,615 kg. The research method used in
this study is a survey method, namely by direct observation in the data collection,
structure, and production mechanism of capture fisheries in PPS Bungus. The
method of analysis used in this study is the simple linear regression analysis, with
the enumerator recording as variable X and fisherman logbook as variable Y. The
organizational governance structure in PPS Bungus is carried out with the tasks
and authorities that have been established and carried out with 3 stages of the
data collection mechanism, namely the data collection stage, the data
recapitulation stage, and the data reporting stage. The results showed data
recorded directly by enumerators of 63,555 kg and data from fishing logbooks of
58,335 kg. The results of the regression analysis is a correspondence in the
relationship between by enumerator data and data form fishing logbooks, the
calculated R² of the data accuracy of the data by 0.9631 (96%) which means the
data is accurate.
