Pengaruh Mol (Mikroorganisme Lokal) Rebung Bambu Terhadap Pertumbuhan Semai Jabon Merah (Anthocephalus Macrophyllus)
ABSTRACT
Various attempts have been made to accelerate seed growth of a plant using fertilizers or
Growth Regulators Substances (GRS), one of is the seeds of Anthocephalus
macrophyllus, which are fast-growing forest plants with good development prospects.
Helping to accelerate the growth of Anthocephalus macrophyllus seeds by utilizing local
fermented bamboo shoot microorganism, contain natural GRS, it is still an essential
substance in-plant treatment. The purpose of this research knew the effect of local
microorganism and the best dose from the fermentation of bamboo shoot on the growth of
Anthocephalus macrophyllus seedlings. This research uses complete design random
consist of 5 levels treatment with doses: 0 ml/l, 50 ml/l, 100 ml/l, 150 ml/l and 200 ml/l
from liquid bamboo shoot mol. The research parameters consisted of growth in the plant
of height, the diameter of the stem, percentage of survival and canopy ratio of the root.
The results showed that the best treatment was obtained from the addition of the local
microorganism dose of bamboo shoots 50 ml/seed (P1) in increasing the growth of red
Jabon plants with 100% survival rate, growth of height is 24.37 cm, growth of diameter is
0.85 cm, dry weight of 25.01 g and top-root ratio 7.40.
