Ekstraksi Logam Pb Dan Zn Pada Tepung Berunok (Paracaudina Australis) Menggunakan Larutan Jeruk Nipis (Citrus Aurantifolia)
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of different concentration of lime
(Citrus aurantifolia) solution on the extraction of Pb and Zn metals in berunok
flour (Paracaudina australis). The method used was an experimental method with
a non-factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 levels of treatment,
namely immersion with different concentration of lime solution K1 (10%), K2
(15%), K3(20%) for 60 minutes. This research consisted of 2 stages, namely 1)
preparation of berunok raw materials, 2) soaking of berunok flour with lime
solution. The parameters tested were the Randemen, proximate test (assessed by
the content of water, fat, protein, ash, and carbohydrate by difference) . The
results showed that the yield value of P. australis flour produced was 83.34%. It
was containing water at 8.19% (wb), ash at 37.21% (db), protein at 48.78% (db),
fat at 3.44% (db), and carbohydrate at 10.57% (db). With an average yield value
of 83.34%. Zn metal was 2.9605 ppm and Pb metal was 0.6062 ppm. The amount
of Pb metal extracted was 0.290 ppm and a reduction power od 47.837% and
1.513 ppm Zn metal with a reduction power of 51.11%. the K3 treatment (20%)
lime solution concentration is the optimum treatment in extracting Pb dan Zn
metal levels.
