Implementasi Cyber Public Relations Pt. Perkebunan Nusantra V Dalam Mempertahankan Citra
The development of technology has made more and more Public Relations practitioners use the internet as a medium for conveying and disseminating information, including agriculture-based state-owned enterprises. Cyber public relations is a term from Public Relations activities in an effort to convey information to the public. This study aims to determine the implementation used in utilizing cyber public relations media in maintaining images such as websites and social media. This study uses the concept of public relations. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method. This qualitative research aims to explain the phenomenon in depth through the collection of in-depth interview data with company public relations. Using a purposive technique by interviewing 3 informants who manage the Cyber Public Relations media of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V in maintaining image. The results of this study are the implementation of Cyber Public Relations media based on the implementation and planning carried out, the managers in this study are the Head of the Public Relations and Communications sub-division and the company's public relations sub-division staff who understand the applications made in managing Cyber Public Relations media in an effort to maintain the image. . Application of messages based on the planning title, planning framework up to the publication stage of the corporate image. Public Relations PT.
