Strategi Program 3i (Infrastruktur, Investasi, Dan Industri) Dalam Mewujudkan Kawasan Industri Kampar)

This study aims to determine the 3I Program Strategy in realizing the
Kampar Industrial Estate and the factors that influence the realization of the
Kampar Industrial Estate. To achieve this goal, qualitative research methods are
used by parsing the data descriptively. Data collection techniques were carried
out by observation, interviews, as well as documents and archives using
qualitative descriptive analysis techniques.
The results show that there are two points in realizing the Kampar
Industrial Estate, namely the first positive point, close to the rapidly growing city
of Pekanbaru, served by large regional roads, there is no rival in Riau Province
for the manufacturing industry. While the negative points include limited access to
national markets so that the types of industries that can enter are limited, must
provide super attractive packages to lure industries into industrial areas. Factors
Affecting the Implementation of the Kampar Industrial Estate include the
following: a). Internal Factors of the Industrial Estate, namely 1. Location
Factors, 2. Capital, 3. Completeness of Facilities, and 4. Promotion. b). The
External Factors of Industrial Estates are 1. Investment Climate, 2. Government
Support and 3. Availability of Public Infrastructure.
