Manajemen Produksi Ceriatv Dalam Penayangan Program The New Sembang Malam Sebelum Dan Saat Covid-19

The program from CeriaTV is the new sembang Malam which is a flagship
program from Ceriatv which comes with the nuances of relaxed chats in the style of a
podcast with inspiring speakers with the theme of things that are currently being
discussed in Riau. The purpose of this study was to find out how the production
management of the new sembang program the night before and during covid-19 using
the POAC of management.
This research uses descriptive qualitative research. This research was
conducted on Jalan Srikandi No.24 Panam Pekanbaru Riau. The subjects of this
study were the crew who took part in the pre-production and post-production
production, name Mr. Purwanto as Director of CeriaTV, Mr. Ahmad Benny as
CeriaTV Program Manager, Karim Kurniawan as CeriaTV Production Manager and
Danu as the object of this research the new sembang production program night on
CeriaTV. Data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews
and documentation. Data analysis techniques are collecting all data, reducing data
presenting, describing data which is then supported by data archives from CeriaTV.
To test the validity of the data, the researchers used the triangulation technique.
The results of the study show that the production management of the new
sembang Malam program osssn broadcasts before and during covid-19 uses the
POAC. The planning management of the new sembang Malam program on
broadcasts before and during covid-19 did not have a significant difference because
it used the Podcast system, the content planning process, costs, facilities and time
were carried out by holding meetings, which were adjusted to conditions and
following the regulations at the time. covid-19. The two organizational managements
during the covid-19 period determined the division of tasks to be filled by the hosts,
resource persons and the operator team. The three managements of production
implementation during covid-19 involve a team that has been appointed at the
planning meeting, different from before the pandemic the entire team can participate
in carrying out outdoor production. The last process, namely supervision before and
during covid-19, the arrangement is the same as conducting an evaluation with the
entire team which is supervised directly by the manager and the main commissioner.
