Representasi Kesehatan Dalam Serial Anime Hataraku Saibou

Physical health is mandatory for everyone to know and take care of, the
rapid development of information technology makes it easier for people to find
information about health, but public awareness about health information and
maintaining health is still low, especially in Indonesia. Anime is one of the
animations made in Japan that is already well-known among the Indonesian
people, not only as an entertainment medium, but also as an entertainment
medium, it can provide educational information such as health information.
Hataraku Saibou is an anime made in Japan with an educational theme that
represents the health of the human body. This study aims to determine the
Meaning of Denotation, Connotation, and Myth in the Hatraku Saibou Anime
Series and to find out the Health Information displayed in the Hataraku Saibou
Anime Series.
This study uses a qualitative research method with the semiotic
approach of Roland Barthes. The research subjects are the scenes contained in
the Hataraku Saibou Anime series, totaling 8 scenes in 8 episodes. The object of
research is Audio and Visual in Anime Hataraku Saibou. In this study using Data
Collection Techniques in the form of Documentation and Literature Studies and to
achieve the validity of the data in this study the authors used triagulation.
The results of this study indicate that the health that is represented in the
anime scenes of Hataraku Saibou is in the form of body health information, which
is about the health of the human body's anatomy and physiology. The meaning of
denotation contained in the Hataraku Saibou anime is based on what is shown
directly in the anime in the form of cell behaviors and visual organs of the body
accompanied by conditions in the body when something happens which is shown
directly in the anime. The connotative meaning based on the analysis of the
implied and hidden meanings in the scenes shown in the anime, the cells and
organs are described as anthropomorphic so that they are seen as something new,
which has its own physical and intellectual appearance that takes the form of
humans and fictional creatures but has duties and responsibilities. function
according to medical science. The myth contained in this anime is that, according
to the public's view and in accordance with health science, the anatomical system
of the body represented by the anime Hataraku Saibou is true and in accordance
with the myths and science circulating. This is as stated in the anatomy and
physiology health books for paramedics and other supporting resources.
