Efektifitas Pembelajaran Google Classroom Pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi Di Era Pandemi Covid-19
TAM is a model developed by Davis (1986) with the aim of predicting
acceptance of the use of a technology. The Theory Acceptance Model is a
development of the Theory of Reasoned Action and Theory of Planned Behavior.
The TAM model says that the acceptance of an information system is determined
by two main factors, namely the acceptance of its usefulness (perceived
usefulness) and the acceptance of ease of use (perceived ease of use). These two
variables provide an understanding of user reactions and perceptions of the
benefits and ease of using information technology, as a reasoned action in a
context of using information technology, as a reasoned action in a context of
using information technology and making information technology accepted by
its users. One of them is the use of Google Classroom for students of
communication science at the University of Riau.
The method used is descriptive quantitative, the population of the 2015-
2020 class of communication science majors is 700. 10% is taken using the
Slovin formula, a sample of 88 people is obtained with a positive sampling
technique, the data collection technique used is questionnaires and
documentation and tested using spss.
The results showed that the effectiveness of Goggle Classroom learning
for Communication Science students in the Covid-19 pandemic era was seen
from the average convenience indicator of 3.21 and classified as effective, then
the usefulness indicator of 2.97 was classified as effective and the quality
indicator was 3.14 classified as effective. effective. Overall, the effectiveness of
Goggle Classroom learning for Communication Science students in the Covid-
19 pandemic era has been classified as effective.
