Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti dengan Kompensasi sebagai Variabel Moderating
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Motivation,
Leadership, Job Characteristics and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the
Performance of the Regional Representatives Council of Meranti Islands Regency
with Compensation Variables as Moderating Variables. The approach used in this
research is quantitative explanation. The population as well as the sample in this
study were 30 members of the Meranti Islands Regency Regional House of
Representatives for the 2019-2024 period. The data analysis used is Structural
Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS software.
The results of the study prove that motivation, leadership and
compensation have an effect on performance but compensation cannot moderate
the influence between motivation and leadership on the performance of the
Regional House of Representatives of Meranti Islands Regency
