Strategi Hardi Chandra Dalam Memperoleh Suara Terbanyak Di Daerah Pemilihan Empat (Dapil Iv) Pada Pemilihan Legislatif Di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Tahun 2014 Dan 2019

One of the most interesting things in the Legislative elections in the
Rokan Hulu Dapil IV in 2014 and 2019, was the emergence of a politician named
Hardi Chandra who won the most votes twice in a row in the IV Dapil. Hardi
Chandra is a consideration of the PDI-P, in which Dapil IV itself is not the basis
of his party. However, Hardi Chandra was able to come up with a strategy that
allowed him to be elected and lead the most votes in Dapil IV, not only in his
party but even from all party candidates in Dapil IV Hardi Chandra was able to
lead the highest number of votes twice in a row.
This study aims to analyze the implementation of the strategy carried out
by Hardi Chandra in the 2014 and 2019 legislative elections and find out how the
strategy was made, implemented and what supporting factors were carried out by
Hardi Chandra and his team to achieve success and success in the legislative
election. While the method used is a qualitative research method, namely the
process of thinking that starts from the data collected and then draws general
conclusions.
The results of this study indicate that the strategy adopted by Hardi
Chandra in winning the most votes twice in a row in the 2014 and 2019 legislative
elections was relatively successful and successful in terms of: himself and the
team on the field. Second, optimizing capital that is opened where, whether it is
personal, economic, political, and social capital, these are things that really
support the running of the strategy itself, so that it can be successful and
successful. Third, controlling and strengthening what has been made or planned,
this is important because all plans and strategies will be optimally as expected if
the control, control, and discipline in carrying out the strategy itself also need
maximum reinforcement and achieve a goal. results are called victories and
successes in political contestations such as legislative elections.
