Pengaruh Ketidakpastian Terhadap Penanaman Modal Asing Di Indonesia Tahun 2006 – 2020
This study aims to determine the effect of uncertainty on foreign
investment (PMA) in Indonesia. This study uses the Vector Error Correction
Model (VECM) analysis method. The results of this study indicate, based on the
results of Granger causality analysis that the uncertainty variable and PMA do
not have a direct or two-way relationship, From these results, it can be seen that
the uncertainty variable has no effect on foreign investment in Indonesia. The
results of the Impulse Response Function (IRF) analysis of the PMA variable
respond positively to shocks that occur in the uncertainty variable. The results of
the Variance Decompotition analysis show that the WUI variable has a significant
contribution to the PMA variable.
