Analisis Parameter Utama Untuk Mencapai Hasil Pencucian Yang Optimal Di Press #1, Press #2, Press #3, Dan Press #4 Di Fiberline #3 Pt Riau Andalan Pulp And Paper
ABSTRACT
The pulp washing stage was a stage to separate the pulp from the organic and
inorganic components through a combination of diffusion and filtration processes
before running into the bleaching stage. The objective of this research was to
analyze the main parameter of the press in achieving the optimal pulp washing
result. It was due to decreasing washing results in recent weeks. The result of this
research was obtained by the analysis result of the secondary data by using a line
graph which showed the difference between finding the value control of the main
parameter of press on the optimal washing result, with the value of the main
parameter of the press which was controlled by the operator in recent more or
less two weeks. The research revealed that there were decreasing and increasing
values, in which the incoming consistency value of pulp was determined by the
rate of production with recommended values for presses 1, 2, 3, and 4 were 3, 5,
8, 8, and 8; torque value control was determined based on the pulp consistency
target with recommended values for presses 1, 2, 3, and 4 were 135, 145, 150,
and 150; controlling the dilution factor values were set by the condition of weak
black liquor and weak black liquor solid which would be fed to the evaporator,
recovery boiler, and reacusticizing lime and kiln to be restored to white liquor
with recommended values at press 1, 2, 3, and 4 were 3.10, 3.90, 3.59, and 3.90.
Determination of the recommended values has been proven through the previous
production with washing efficiency for press 1 and press 2 reached by 88.26%,
also for press 3 and press 4 reached by 96.00%.
