0 means that there is an influence of subjective norms on intentions; P value < 0.001 means that the effect is statistically significant, and the effect size of the subjective norm on intention is 0.062, where x 0.02 means that the effect is included in the practical "small" group. Thus it can be concluded that subjective norms affect the intention and the hypothesis is accepted. Hypothesis 3 examines whether attitudes have a significant effect on behavioral decisions. The path coefficient value (β) on attitudes towards behavioral decisions is 0.582 with p-value < 0.001. The value of > 0 means that there is an influence of attitude on behavioral decisions; P value < 0.001 means that the effect is statistically significant, and the effect size of attitudes towards behavioral decisions is 0.349, where x 0.15 means that the effect is included in the "big" group in practice. Thus it can be concluded that attitudes affect behavioral decisions and the hypothesis is accepted. Hypothesis 4 examines whether subjective norms have a significant effect on behavioral decisions. The path coefficient value (β) on the subjective norm of behavioral decisions is 0.121 with p-value < 0.001. The value of > 0 means that there is an influence of subjective norms on behavioral decisions; P value < 0.001 means that the effect is statistically significant, and the effect size of the subjective norm on behavioral decisions is 0.025, where x 0.02 means that the xiv effect is included in the "small" group practically. Thus it can be concluded that subjective norms affect behavioral decisions and the hypothesis is accepted. Hypothesis 5 examines whether attitudes and subjective norms have a significant effect on behavioral decisions through intentions. The path coefficient value (β) on attitudes and subjective norms has a significant effect on behavioral decisions through intention is 0.339 with p-value 0 means that there is an attitude and subjective norm that has a significant effect on behavioral decisions through intentions; P value < 0.001 means that the effect is statistically significant, and the effect size of attitudes and subjective norms has a significant effect on behavioral decisions through intentions of 0.162 where x 0.15 means that the effect is included in the "big" group in practice. Thus, it can be concluded that subjective attitudes and norms have a significant effect on behavioral decisions through intentions and accepted hypotheses. Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Niat Dan Perilaku Siswa SMPT/MTs Untuk Melanjutkan Pendidikan Di Madrasah Aliyah Kecamatan Bantan
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the intentions and behavior of SMP/MTS students to continue their education at Madrasah Aliyah, Bantan District. The background of the problem in this study is that students do not yet have an optimal desire to continue their education at Madrasah Aliyah, Bantan District. At the end of each stage of the new student admissions activity the result is a very low number of SMP and MTs students who have successfully enrolled in Madrasah. This suboptimal situation, in this study, was analyzed by connecting the concepts of attitude, subjective norms, intentions, and decision making. The better the attitude of students in behavior, the better the decision making. Apart from attitude, other factors that influence decision making are subjective norms and intentions.
Quantitative type, the sample is 432 students. The data were collected by using a questionnaire with 4 choices and then the data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that Hypothesis 1 tested whether attitudes had a significant effect on intentions. The path coefficient value (β) on attitude towards intention is 0.58 with p-value < 0.001. The value of > 0 means that there is an influence of attitude on intention; P value < 0.001 means that the effect is statistically significant, and the effect size of attitude towards intention is 0.077 where x 0.02 means that the effect is included in the practical "small" group. Thus, it can be concluded that attitude has an effect on intention and the hypothesis is accepted. Hypothesis 2 examines whether subjective norms have a significant effect on intention. The value of the path coefficient (β) on the subjective norm of intention is 0.201 with p-value < 0.001. The value of > 0 means that there is an influence of subjective norms on intentions; P value < 0.001 means that the effect is statistically significant, and the effect size of the subjective norm on intention is 0.062, where x 0.02 means that the effect is included in the practical "small" group. The value of > 0 means that there is an influence of subjective norms on behavioral decisions; P value < 0.001 means that the effect is statistically significant, and the effect size of the subjective norm on behavioral decisions is 0.025, where x 0.02 means that the

effect is included in the "small" group practically.
