Analisis Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Coffeeshop Pada Zuhz Coffeebar Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Daya Saing
Zuhz Coffee Bar is a eatery and shop. The formulation of the research problem is what business development strategy is applied to Zuhz Coffee Bar and what is the right strategy for Zuhz Coffee Bar. The purpose of this study is to analyze the business development strategy applied to the Zuhz Coffee Bar and to describe the appropriate strategy for the Zuhz Coffee Bar. Primary data was collected through in-depth interviews with key informants, Zuhz Coffee Bar and questionnaires by the main informants, namely employees and customers, while secondary data was collected through literature studies, research journals and an overview of the research object, structure and company vision and mission obtained. directly Zuhz Coffee Bar. The research method used is descriptive qualitative analysis method with SWOT analysis, Focus Group Discussion, and Nvivo. From the results of the IFAS and EFAS Matrix, the company's position is in Quadrant I. From this quadrant the recommended strategy is the Aggressive strategy. Based on the IFE matrix analysis, the Zuhz Coffee Bar of 3,085, while the EFE Matrix analysis is 3. The SWOT matrix produces 17 alternative strategies, and through FDG there are 13 alternative strategies that can be chosen by Zuhz Coffee Bar.
