ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of production value, investment value, and wage value on employment in the industrial sector of batik Bagan nightgown in Bangko subdistrict, Rokan Hilir regency. In this study, the entire population was made into a sample of 24 business units batik nightgown bagan. The data used in cross-section data using multiple linear analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that partially or simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the value of production, investment value, and the value of wages on the employment of the batik Bagan nightgown industry in Bangko District, Rokan Hilir regency. The results of regression analysis obtained an Adjusted R2 value of 0.798 which shows that the influence of production value, investment value, and the value of the minimum wage on employment in the industry of batik nightgown Bagan in District Bangko Rokan Hilir regency by 79.8% while 20.2% is influenced by other variables that are not included in the study. The results of the study can be concluded that there is a positive influence of production value, investment value, and the value of the minimum wage on employment in the industry of batik nightgown Bagan in District Bangko Rokan Hilir.
