Sebaran Populasi Dan Kondisi Lingkungan Tempat Tumbuh Bunga Bangkai (Amorphophallus Spp.) Di Cagar Alam Bukit Bungkuk
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the population distribution of carrion flowers (Amorphophalus spp.) in the Bukit Bungkuk Nature Reserve and to determine the conditions where carrion flowers (Amorphophallus spp.) grow. The research method used was a survey method using morisita index data to determine the distribution of (Amorphophallus spp.) to determine the distribution of Amorphophallus spp. The distribution pattern is calculated using the standardized Morisita index. This Important Value Index (IVI) is used to determine species composition and dominance of a species in a stand. Therefore the population (Amorphophallus spp.) is generally clustered. the distribution pattern was clustered with a standard value of morbidity degree (Ip ≥ 1), namely 1 in primary forest, 1 in secondary forest and 1 shrub. Bukit Bungkuk Nature Reserve The condition of the vegetation in the growing area (Amorphopallus spp.) is very dense, this vegetation is still commonly found in the Bukit Bungkuk Nature Reserve. Environmental conditions during the study of Amorphophallus spp. in general the soil is moist because it rains quite often with humidity ranging from
84.9%. The species that had the highest IVI starting from the growt rate of seedling, sapling poles and tress, that is, the seedling level was the mahang tapak gajah (makaranga gigantae) with an IVI of 19.71. The pole level was the mahang tapak gajah (makaranga gigantae) with an IVI of 18.97; the pole level is a type of red chelate (syzygiumm palebanicum) with an IVI of 30.57 and the tree stage is a type of terap (Artocarpus elasticus) with an IVI of 25.32.
