Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Kerjasama Tim Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Dan Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Bengkalis
This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and teamwork on
work motivation, the influence of work motivation on employee performance, the
influence of leadership on and teamwork performance through work motivation.
In this study, the population was 95 employees. While the sample used was 95
people. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data, while
the data collection technique used questionnaires. The data analysis technique
used in this study is SEM. From the results of the study found that leadership
affects motivation. This shows that leadership has an important role in increasing
the motivation of its subordinates. This means that the better the leadership, the
motivation will increase. Teamwork affects motivation. This shows that teamwork
is very important in determining motivation, employees should have high
motivation will prioritize the work given to them, so that the work given can be
completed in accordance with the time given. That is, the better the motivation
will improve employee performance. Leadership has a significant effect on
employee performance through motivation. This shows good leadership, followed
by good motivation will improve employee performance. Teamwork has a
significant effect on employee performance through motivation. The teamwork
formed looks still not good, so it has not been able to increase employee
motivation, so that employee performance is less than optimal. This means that
better teamwork and followed by high motivation will improve employee
performance.
