Analisis Produksi Halal Ayam Goreng Tepung Kaki Lima Di Kecamatan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to analyze land, labor, capital, raw materials, and understanding of sharia on the production of street food fried chicken in Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were 18 street food fried chicken businesses in Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City. The data used in this research is primary data obtained directly from the perpetrators of the street food fried chicken business in Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with Cobb-Douglas function model in conclusion. The research results obtained that land, labor, capital, raw materials, and understanding of sharia simultaneously affect the production of fried chicken flour street food in Tuah Madani Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City. Partially, land, labor, capital, raw materials, and understanding of sharia have a positive and significant effect on the production of fried chicken flour. So it can be concluded that, the independent variable affects the dependent variable by 98.62%, the remaining 1.38% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
