Gambaran Pasien Malformasi Anorektal di Bangsal Bedah RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Periode Januari 2007-Desember 2009
Statistical showed that the birth rate in Riau Province was 636.150 in 2005, anorectal malformation (ARM) is one of congenital disorder that can happen in neonates. The incidence of ARM 1 : 5000 in the world. Total cases of ARM in 2007-2009 in RSUD Arifin Achmad were 103 cases. Approximately, we could predict 34 cases ARM in a year. The aim of this study was to determined the ARM patient’s description hospitalized in RSUD Arifin Achmad Riau Province. The methods of this study was a restropective descriptive. This study used medical records as data source that was taken from department of medical record RSUD Arifin Achmad Riau Province. The variables on the study included sex, type of lesion, maternal age, associate anomaly, patient’s demography and it’s treatment. This study showed that 62,16% was male patients and 37,84% was female patients. High lesion was found in 75,68 % of ARM. Pregnant women who were 20-35 years had greater risk to get children with ARM (79,73%). ARM with VACTERL syndromes were found in 8,11% of patients. Colostomy that followed by PSARP was the most frequent definitive treatment given to ARM patiens (75,68%). This study showed that in Riau Province, ARM was more likely found in Kota Madya Pekanbaru.
