Perkembangan Limpahan Makroozobenthos pada Tanah Rawa Gambut Dengan Pemberian Dosis Pupuk Bokasihi Yang Berbeda
The research was conducted from July to August 2010 at Water Quality Management Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, University of Riau. The aim of this research was to investigate the effect of bokashi manure in order to enrich nutrient at peat ground and to improve makrozoobenthos abundantce. The experiment method was using Complete Random Design with one factor four treatments and three replications. Result showed that positive correlation between dose concentration of bokashi manure and makrozoobenthos abundance. Bokashi manure concentration applied was P0 (NPK 2.25 g/m2), P1 (32.66 g/m2), P2 (65.32 g/m2), P3 (97.98 g/m2) respectively. Result shown that the best abundance was obtained P3 (97.98 g/m2) with makrozoobenthos abundance was 13274.34 ind/m². Nitrate of soil concentration 0.4810-1.0264 ppm, phosphor of soil 0.2796-1.6967 ppm, organic materials of soil content 7.199-14.710 %, pH of water 6-8, temperature 24-310C, DO 3.8-5.6 mg/l, nitrate of water 0.5291-1.9598 ppm, orthoposphate of water concentration 0.3418-1.2449 ppm, hardness 60-119, CO2 3.07-6.05 mg/l, turbidity 7-54 NTU.
