Dampak Penataan Kawasan Bantaran Sungai Siak Terhadap Kegiatan Usaha Ekonomi Masyarakat Di Kecamatan Senapelan Pekanbaru

The research was conducted in the Senapelan district, in the Village of Kampung Bandar. Aim of this study to determine the extent of impact of the Siak River Plate Region Planning Operations Against Economic Communities living around the edge of the river. While the benefits of this research are as an input for the relevant agencies in determining the wisdom in the field of population, especially about the spread of population into the implementation of spatial settlement in the city of Pekanbaru to Siak river region in particular denan implemented either in accordance with the General Spatial Plan City (RUTRK) Pekanbaru. Concepts required for the development of Land Use Planning which aims to determine the selection and application of a land use pattern that best fit with existing conditions and is expected to reach a certain goal.
The variables are the object of the study include population, age group, level of education, level of income, the impact of the arrangement for the beauty of the city, the impact for employment opportunities, and businesses, and also the implementation of the regional arrangement in accordance with the Siak river banks based on RUTRK Pekanbaru.
From the research conducted it can be concluded that the arrangement has just done on the Siak river bank areas can provide an opportunity to improve the local community, especially in the business sector, Commerce, and a positive impact on regional development, especially on the issue of flood control, so that the area looks orderly and used as a recreational area can increase the income of the people in the trade sector. Whereas in areas that have not implemented the arrangement, it still looks settlements - slums and unhealthy environment.
