Koalisi Lukman Edy Dan Suryadi Khusaini Pada Pemilihan Gubernur Dan Wakil Gubernur Riau Tahun 2013

In the multi-party system of government, the coalition is a necessity to form a strong government. So is the Coalition that occurs between PKB and PDI-P Party in the election of Governor of Riau in 2013, where the Coalition is a step that must be taken by the party that the party PKB PKB was not able to advance themselves, but they have to form a coalition with PDI-P party is one party large in Riau Province. Lukman Edy is a young political leaders who have served at the level of the House of Representatives ( DPR RI ) 2 Riau electoral district, has held a strategic position in the CBA, the Secretary- General ( Secretary General ) and the position of Minister of Rural Development. Suryadi Khusaini is Chairman of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle ( PDIP ) Riau Province. The coalition is formed when the second end of the second officially enrolled County Election Commission on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 in Jalan Gajah Mada Pekanbaru.
Theoretical framework that researchers use is the theory of coalitions in which to determine the factors driving the establishment of a coalition that is a combination of two or more parties to form a government together. This study uses the theory of Lijphart.
This research was conducted at the DPW Office of the National Awakening Party ( PKB ), DPD Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle ( PDIP ), Riau Provincial Election Commission. The data used in this study is the data Primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data through in-depth interviews and documentation. This research uses descriptive qualitative method of data collection due to the informant conducted in-depth interviews of informants related. So that the formulation of the problem in this case is whether the factors that led to the coalition between Lukman Edy and Suryadi Kushaini in Governor of Riau in 2013.
The results of this study indicate that there are four factors that promote the development of the Coalition between Lukman Edy and Suryadi Kushaini ie, similarity factor Vision and Mission, Capabilities and Experience Factors, Socio - Cultural Factors and Factors Supporting Party. So therefore the researcher interested in taking the title of " Coalition Lukman Edy And Suryadi Khusaini At the election of Governor and Deputy Governor of Riau in 2013 "
