Pengaruh Pendidikan Dan Penempatan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PD. Kampar Aneka Karya Bangkinang

In doing this research at PD.Kampar Aneka Karya Bangkinang with purpose to know variable education and placement significant influence on employee performance at PD.Kampar Aneka Karya Bangkinang and to determine which variables education and placement on employee performance in the PD.Kampar Aneka Karya Bangkinang.
Population in this research is all the employee PD.Kampar Aneka Karya Bangkinang 44 employees. While samples using methods census is samples to be taken of the amount of a whole population. Data collection methods used is gave questionnaires to employee in accordance with the research conducted. Data ware analyzed by using method qualitative and quantitative methods using five formulas, quality test data, test assumptions classic, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing, with the help of software SPSS versi 20.
The result showed that jointly education and placement have a significant effect on employee performance at PD.Kampar Aneka Karya Bangkinang. Correclation or relationship between education and placement employee performance at PD.Kampar Aneka Karya Bangkinang is very strong once was ( r = 0,880 ) and the coefficient of determination or R square number is equal to 0,774.
The recommendation for PD.Kampar Aneka Karya Bangkinang is should pay more attention to employee performance by way of improving revenue with the status education system employee as well as the placement of work that is appropriate. And evaluate in scale to be increasing the fore know better.
