Collecting data using observation techniques. The number of samples in this study were 20 children consisted of 9 girls and 11 boys. Based on the results of data processing, obtained an average of 48% social development emotional categorized cukup.1)Children showed independent attitude in choosing the average activity obtained70% With both categories. 2)Children want to share, help and assist a friendobtained an average 48% with enough categories. 3) Children show enthusiasm in doing competitive game positively obtained an average75% With both categories. 4)Children can control their feelingsobtained an average40% With adequate category. 5)Children can comply with applicable laws in a gameobtained an average of 41% with enough categories. 6)Children can show confidenceobtained an average38% With adequate category. 7)Children can keep themselves from the environmentobtained an average35%. 8). Children can appreciate othersobtained the average33% With low category.
Based on the results of research done in Play Group Bright Light Bright Desa Sri Siak District of Koto Gasib teachers should always give motivation to the child in order to enhance the social emotional development such as creating learning activities along with other classes through storytelling techniques, demonstrations, role playing, and etc. so that children are motivated and have the drive to improve the social emotional development of children. For children who get a score of 1, teachers should strive to increase the social emotional development of children so as to achieve progress in developing appropriate assessment expectations, and for children who have received a score of 2 and a score of 3 teachers should strive to continue growing child development sosional better .
As a parent to always provide motivation, attention and support to children so for social emotional development can be developed in a way always supportive, always sharing and always advise children have many friends and the importance of collaboration. For researchers to be able to conduct research in a broader scope and more thorough, especially in rapidly developing social emotional in children.
