Pengaruh Self Esteem, Atribusi, dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri Se Kecamatan Bangko Pusako Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
The objective of this research was to find out the influence of self-esteem on teachers’ work performance, the influence of attribution on teachers’ work performance, the influence of job satisfaction on teachers’ work performance, the influence of attribution on job satisfaction, the influence of self-esteem on teachers’ work performance at SMAN Bangko Pusako Sub-district. The population of the research was government employed teachers of SMAN within Bangko Pusako Sub-dsitrict totalling 44 teachers and all of them were taken as the sample of the study. Some 30 respondents were taken as the sample for a try out. The data were analyzed using a normality test, auto correlation test, multi-co-linearity test, and ‘homokesdasitas’ test.
The results of the analysis showed that (1) self-esteem influenced the teachers’ work performance (7,12%), (2) attribution significantly influenced teachers’ job satisfaction( (19,36%), (3) self-esteem did not significantly influence the teachers’ work performance (4,08%), (4) attribution did not significantly influence the teachers’ work performance (4,12%), (5) job satisfaction significantly influenced the teachers’ work performance (28,62%) (6) self-esteem significantly and positively did not give a direct influence to the teachers’ work performance through job satisfaction (15,84%), and (7) attribution significantly did not give a direct and positive influence to the teachers’ job satisfaction through work performance (19,18%) at SMAN in Bangko Pusako Sub-district.
