This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of dividen policy, debt policy, investment decisions and profitability to corporate value. the population of this study is the manufactruing companies listed in Indonesian stock exchange and published financial statement in the year 2011- 2013.
The sample was determined by the method of purposive sampling to obtain a sampel 0f 13 companies. Type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian capital market directory and www.idx.co.id analyzed using SPSS. The method of analysis used multiple regression analysis.
the results of this study showed that variable debt policy, investment decisions and profitability had an significant effect of Corporate Value . While the variable dividen policy does not affect Corporate Value. The percentage effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 77,6%.
