Final Project is about employee payroll information system in Kampar District Fisheries Office. Payroll information system can facilitate in particular the Office of the treasurer office employee with DPPAK treasurer to do the job. Payroll information system capable of processing employee payroll data and generate reports such as pay slips, payroll and salary details. This payroll information system using the HTML programming language, PHP, and MySQL as the database, run on the network. Whereas in its design using a flowchart, diagram context, hierarchical diagram (Hyrarchy chart), DFD (Data Flow Diagrams), data dictionary, E-R diagram (Entity Relationship).
