Healthy home is one requirement that have to fulfill, so that occupant can obtain an optimal health for supporting their daily activities. The purpose of the review is to determine whether home type 75 in housing Hutama Garden with the requirements of a healthy home by the Directorate of Housing Cipta Karya Department of Public Works in 1986 and to get the budget plan. The result of the review show that the application of the requirements of a healthy home especially the health aspect is not all fulfilled and the total funds become Rp. 284.762.000,00.
