This research done at PT. Haluan Riau Pekanbaru. For the purpose of know the influence discipline of work, education and training and organizational culture to work productivity journalist at PT. Haluan Riau Pekanbaru. The variables used is discipline of work (X1), education and training (X2), organizational culture (X3) and work productivity (y). Date analysis in a linear regression multiple with the program 18.0 spss version. Population in research are always 61 people journalist. While technique the sample collection by means of a method of sensus. From result research to show that discipline of work, education and training and organizational culture by simultan have an effect on signifikan to work productivity, discipline of work by parsial have an effect on signifikan to work productivity, education and training by parsial have an effect on signifikan to work productivity. And organizational culture by parsial have an effect on signifikan to work productivity journalist at PT. Haluan Riau Pekanbaru.
