Pelaksanaan E-Government Di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2014

The implementation of e-government have been conducted since the promulgation of the Republic of Indonesia Presidential Instruction No. 3 of 2003 on National Policy and Strategy Development of Electronic Government. However, the implementation is not yet optimum because the facilities and infrastructure and socialization that still less in implementation.
The purpose of this research is to analyze implementation E-goverment in making pasport at imigration office in Pekanbaru and to analyze the obstacles encountered in implementing E-government in the makin of passport at the Immigration Office of Pekanbaru. In this research, the concept used refer to Electronic Goverment or E-goverment. This research use descriptive research method with using a qualitative method approach. In the data researches using interwiew technique and documentation.
The results of this study can be concluded that the implementation of e -government in the passport at the Immigration Office Class IA maximum of Pekanbaru yet seen the request manually more than a request online. Obstacles encountered in implementing E -government in the passport at the Immigration Office Pekanbaru City IA Class of internal factors , namely the lack of budget , lack of socialization , limited infrastructure . While the resistance of the external factors is the lack of public knowledge about the Internet.
