Efektivitas Tugas Pembantuan (Medebewind) Pada Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan Kabupaten Pelalawan ( STUDI KASUS PADA PROGRAM PERTANIAN )

Based on the data from Administration of Agricultural Program. In the last five years we got the data that show us about the activities and the budgets run into fluctuation in every years. The aim of this research are the know the Effectiviness of-Administration on Department of Agriculture Crops in Pelalawan district and to know the factors that influence the Effectiviness of Co-Administration on Department of Agriculture Crops in Pelalawan.
The teory that used in this research was Lubis theory. There are some factors and approach that can be used to measure the Effectiviness : Resource Approach, Process Approach, and Goal Approach. The method that used in this research was qualitative descriptive, the data got from the researcher interviewed some experts.
The result of this research in the Effectiviness of Co-Administration on Departement of Agriculture Crops in Pelalawan District has not Effective yet because of there is no target on the plan that made by Departement of Agriculture Crops in Pelalawan District.
