This research was conducted from 13 April until 6 May 2017 in Mandau District Bengkalis District of Riau Province. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the number of consumer demand for fresh fish as well as to know how big the factors that influence the demand of household consumers for fresh fish in Mandau District Bengkalis District of Riau Province. Basically the level of consumer demand for a product is determined by several factors. In fresh fish products, the factors that affect the price of fresh fish such as himself, the price of substitute (chicken meat), income, dependents, and consumer tastes. The amount of fresh fish demanded by consumers in Mandau District amounted to 496,389 kg / hood. Consumer demand for fresh fish is influenced by economic and non economic factors. The most influential factor was the number of family members 0.786 (very significant), while other factors did not affect the demand for fresh fish significantly
