Management is a field of knowledge is systematically trying to understand why and how humans work together to produce something that is beneficial to humanity. In terms of the process of develop data management a hospitalization in a Tampan Mental Hospital still manually, and use the sheets of paper for these patients. Expected with the inpatient management information system is able to reduce the use of paper sheets and can facilitate the administrative officer in processing data of inpatient care. The design of management information system of hospitalization is made by using tools like Dreamweaver as the tool to create the program, PHP, MySQL as the database and Apache as a server. The result of this research is the management information system of hospitalization patient, patient data as well as Tampan mental hospital patient rooms Web-based Riau Province.. So it can be conluded that the design of the management information system provide ease many inpatient in the process of doing the hospitalization of patients and eases the administrative section at the time of data processing.
