Pengetahuan, Sikap Dan Tindakan Dokter Praktik Umum Swasta Di Kecamatan Lima Puluh Dan Sail Pekanbaru Terhadap Diagnosis Dan Tatalaksana Tuberkulosis Paru Berdasarkan International Standards For Tuberculosis Care (ISTC)
Indonesia was the 2th highest country with cases of pulmonary tuberculosis ( Pulmonary TB) worldwide. One of the provinces in Indonesia with low Case Detection Rate (CDR) is Riau Province, reported as much as 35,7% in 2013. Private general practitioners became patient’s preference to overcome pulmonary tuberculosis, but the evaluation about the diagnosis and treatment was inferior. This research was held in Lima Puluh and Sail District and done during October to November using quissionare. This research used descriptive method with cross sectional approach. The samples consisted of 30 private general practitioners. Based on the results of this study, among the highest percentages were samples 25-35 years old (66,7%), male (53,3%), samples with less than 5 years experience (53,3%), 0-5 year graduate (56,7%), had 2 consultation office (53,3%), private general practitioners who had heard about ISTC (56,7%) and that has not been trained about ISTC (83.3%). The percentage of sample who had good knowledge (53,3%), enough knowledge (30%) and less knowledge was (16,7%). The results regarding attitude found that (53,3%) had negative attitude and (46,7%) with positive attitude. The samples showed (63,3%) had good practice, (33,3%) had enough practice, and (3,3%) with less practice.
