Gambaran Hasil Pemeriksaan Rapid Test Cassette Right Signterhadap Diazepam dalam urin yang disimpan pada suhu 25oc

Diazepam is a psychotropical drug which is commonly abused. Diazepam have hypno-sedative, anti-convulsive and anti-insomnia effects. Psychtropic abuse is a law violation, and it can be proved by using immunoassay studies followed by confirmation methods. This study is aimed to determine the presence of diazepam in urine using Right Sign cassette rapid test on samples stored at a 250C temparature for a maximum of 14 days. This study is a experimental study on 2 urine samples containing diazepam that have passed the inclusion criterias, in which samples are collected on the excretion period (2 days to 7 days after last consumption), urine pH 4,5-8,5, no prior use of sertaline and oxaprozine, and normal urinalysis. From this results, diazepam in urine stored at a temparature of 250C is still detected after 14 days.
