Analisis Disparitas Investasi Pma Dan Pmdn Antar Kabupaten/Kota Di Provinsi Riau Periode 2006-2016
This study aims to find out how big inequality or disparity of investment that occurs between districts/cities in Riau Province either based on FDI or DDI. The data used are secondary data sourced from the investment service and integrated service one door Riau Province and central statistical agency of Riau Province. The secondary data used is the realization data of FDI and DDI and the population of Riau Province from 2006-2016 and processed using Williamson Index formulation and Entropi Theil. From test results conducted using the Williamson Index shows that investment inequality among districts/cities during the period of eleven years included in the low imbalance where the average Index of FDI William of 0,0739 and DDI of 0,0508. The result of the test by using Entropy Theil Index shows that the DDI inequality is higher than the FDI. The average of DDI Entropy Theil Index is 0,6700 and FDI is 0,4348. While the factors causing inequality of investment between districts/cities in Riau Province are the concebtration of regional economic activity, the difference of natural resources, the low level of production factor mobility and the demographic difference between regions.
