Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Internet Banking Dan Citra Merek Terhadap Kepercayaan Nasabah Dan Loyalitas Nasabah Pada Bank Bni Syariah Cabang Pekanbaru
The main purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Internet Banking and Brand Image on Customer Confidence and Customer Loyalty at Bank BNI Syariah Pekanbaru. The population in this research is BNI Syariah Pekanbaru customer, with 100 respondens as sample chosen by accidental sampling method. Data analysis used path analysis by SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that, Internet Banking and Brand Image have positive and significant impact on the Customer Trust. Internet Banking and Brand Image have a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty. Customer's trust has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty. Meanwhile, Internet Banking and Brand Image has a strong influence on Customer Loyalty with Customer Confidence as a moderating variable. Researchers advise companies to pay attention to Internet Banking and maintain the Brand Image received by Customers to improve Customer's Trust and Customer Loyalty
