Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir Dan Hubungan Interpersonal Terhadap Loyalitas Guru SMP Negeri Kecamatan Sukajadi Kota Pekanbaru
The aim of this research is to know about the influence between
variables (1) career development toward teacher loyalty in junior high
school of Sukajadi subdistrict Pekanbaru, (2) interpersonal correlation
toward teacher loyalty in junior high school of Sukajadi subdistrict
Pekanbaru, (3) career development and interpersonal correlation together
toward teacher loyalty in junior high school of Sukajadi subdistrict
Pekanbaru. This research carried out by spreading the instruments for 93
teachers in junior high school of Sukajadi subdistrict Pekanbaru by using
proportionate random sampling technique. The instrument used to collect
the data of all variables using the questionnaire. Validity was tested using
Pearson product moment formula. Instrument reliability coefficient was
calculated using Cronbach alpha formula.
The results showed a positive relationship between: (1) There is
a positive influence between career development toward teacher loyalty in
junior high school of Sukajadi subdistrict Pekanbaru with 11,2 percent
contibution. (2) There is a positive influence between interpersonal
correlation toward teacher loyalty in junior high school of Sukajadi
subdistrict Pekanbaru with 45,4 percent contibution. (3) There is a positive
influence between career development and interpersonal correlation
toward teacher loyalty in junior high school of Sukajadi subdistrict
Pekanbaru with 51,7 percent contibution. The results of this study are
expected to be useful for the improvement and enhancement of teacher
loyalty in junior high school of Sukajadi subdistrict Pekanbaru by
increasing career development and interpersonal correlation.
