Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berbicara Melalui Media Poster Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Di TK Aisyiyah Bagan Jawa Kecamatan Bangko Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
Abstract : The background of this study is that most children are still difficult to express what they feel. The child is still having difficulty in answering questions from the teacher or answering questions with inappropriate answers. The child can not tell his experience because the ability to speak children is not smooth. This is seen when the child tries to tell the experience in front of the class, the children are still confused with the words that will be spoken, so the child becomes less confident when speaking in front of his friends. The confusion or incompetence of the child in speaking is due to the language used by the mixture of the Indonesian language with the familiar mother tongue. Based on that background, the researcher did the improvement and optimize the fine morotic ability of the child according to the age level of development. The purpose of this research is (1) to know the improvement of speech ability through poster media in children aged 5-6 years, (2) to know how to apply poster media to improve speech ability for children aged 5-6 years, (3) For Knowing how much improvement of speech ability through poster media in children aged 5-6 years in TK Aisyiyah Bagan Jawa Kecamatan Bangko kabupaten Rokan Hilir. This type of research is a classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles. In 1 cycle there are 3 meetings. The data collection tool used in this research is in the form of observation sheet. The number of samples in this study were 15 children consisting of 9 boys and 6 girls. Based on the recapitulation of the ability to speak on the media poster children aged 5-6 years in the initial data, cycle I and cycle II, obtained the average value that is before the action or before the cycle obtained an average value of 43.81% with sufficient criteria. After the first cycle, the average value obtained in cycle I was 55.56% with good criteria. Because the average value in cycle I is still low and sufficiently categorized, then the researchers continue the second cycle. In cycle II the average value obtained is 80.08% with very good criteria. The increase from before the implementation of the action to the first cycle of 26.8% and cycle I to cycle II of 44.1% and the increase from before the cycle to cycle II of 82.8%. Means with the media poster can improve the ability to speak to children aged 5-6 years in TK Aisyiyah Bagan Jawa Kecamatan Bangko kabupaten Rokan Hilir, in accordance with expectations made in this study. This increase occurs because each stage of the implementation of the cycle held improvements in carrying out learning activities..
