Pelayanan Perizinan Tanda Daftar Gudang (TDG) Pergudangan Di Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2014-2016

This research is based on a decision issued by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia who wants the arrangement of the warehouse list sign permit. Then this study analyzes about how the provision of licensing services undertaken by the Office of Investment and Integrated Services One Pintu Pekanbaru City as the executor of regional autonomy.
This research is descriptive. This study aims to describe how the real situation in the field accurately and systematically related to research and fact analysis, as well as field observation and data or information obtained. Methods of data collection is done by way of interviews and documentation.
The results showed that the policy issued by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia which became the basis of the Office of Investment and Integrated Services One Door Pekanbaru City as the executor of licensing service sign the list of warehouse has not run properly because it is still weak in terms of socialization policy. This is seen from some data provided by the Office of Investment and Integrated Services One Pintu Pekanbaru City which the data since the year of the establishment of policies and regulations on the obligation to have the warehouse list licensing list is only 287 warehouses that have a license list warehouse list of 372 warehouses has been taking care of HO interference permissions. The results of this study indicate that the number of warehouses that have HO interference permission is not directly proportional to that of having a warehouse sign listing.
