Pengaruh Pembelajaran Organisasi Dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Dan Supervisi Sebagai Variabel Moderasi Pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau
This research is aims to know and analyze the influence of organizational learning and communication on nurses performance in Regional General Hospital Arifin Achmad Riau Province. In addition the study aimed to analyze supervision as the moderator on the organizational learning and communication in fluencing the performance of the nurses.
The population in this study was an nurses at Regional General Hospital Arifin Achmad Riau Province. To determine the sample size using the formula Slovin from 320 nurses 177 people in the sample. To process the data that has been obtained from the questionnaires and test the hypothesis that use computer tools with SPSS 20. These data are than processed by means of tes validity, reliability, and test coefficient of determination (R2).
This research found that all hypotheses in this research have been proven significanly. The result showed that organizational learning has a significant influence on the performance of nurses, communication has a significant influence on the performance of nurses, supervision moderated the effect of organizational learning on nurses performance, supervision moderated the effect of communication on nurses performance of nurses in the Regional General Hospital Arifin Achmad Riau Province.
