“Perencanaan Dan Analisis Persediaan Bahan Baku Utama Pada Produksi Mie Musbar Pekanbaru”
This study aims to optimize inventory planning using the Economic Order Quantity and Work In Process methods and want to know the sales trends for 2019 and 2020 at the Mie Musbar Pekanbaru. The type of research in this paper is quantitative descriptive research.
The data in this study were obtained directly through interviews with the owner and manager of the Mie Musbar Pekanbaru. Technical data analysis used in this study is quantitative analysis, namely the method of research that produces descriptive calculation data stated by the owner verbally and in writing. The collected data is then studied, researched and analyzed in full. So that later obtained an explanation and conclusions drawn logically.
The results of the study revealed that the inventory policy carried out by Pekanbaru Musbar Pekanbaru was not optimal with the difference from 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 which was equal to 475, 474, 475, 478 and 446 sacks as well as the order frequency with a difference of 35 times . The quantity of production orders (Work In process) for the last 5 years from 2014-2018 were 16438 Kg, 14665 Kg, 14613 Kg, 22980 Kg and 15249 Kg respectively. Forecasting sales for 2019 and 2020 sales decreased by 283167,5 Kg and 278509 Kg.
