Strategi Keberhasilan Archipreneur Di Pekanbaru

Success is the purpose of every entrepreneur, many things must be passed by an entrepreneur to get success. Every entrepreneur has different strategies based on different experiences. There are several strategies, including leadership, human resources, technology, relations.
The development of building in the world that is very rapid requires entrepreneurs to further improve their quality so that businesses can survive and compete with competitors. Including an architect, architect who creates work according to the field of education and expertise, and possesses, manages, his own business is usually called an archipreneur. archipreneur is a combination of the words architecture and entrepreneur, By knowing these strategies, entrepreneurs can make a plan for the development of their business.
This study there were 4 informants, and using the purposive sampling method by using criteria restrictions, architects who were considered to have more competence, value, achievement, and works in the field of architecture in Pekanbaru. This study using qualitative research approaches, where this research is carried out to build knowledge through understanding and discovery. The data collection techniques that used in this study are documentation, interviews (in-depth interviews, guided interviews) dan observations.
The result of the study found that leadership, human resources, technology, and relationships has an impact on the success of archipreneurs. With the final purpose is to increase competitiveness to support performance and and for future development of the business and anticipation of what will happen .
