Environment on the Motivation and Performance of Employees in
Production at PT. Sambu Kuala Enok Island in Inhil Regency. Supervised

This study aims to determine the effect of Competence and Work
Environment on the motivation of Production Section Employees at PT.
Sambu Kuala Enok Island Inhil Regency. To determine the effect of
motivation on the Performance of Employees in the Production Section at
PT. Sambu Kuala Enok Island Inhil Regency. To determine the effect of
Competence and Work Environment on Employee Performance in the
Production Section at PT. Sambu Kuala Enok Island Inhil Regency. To
determine the effect of Competence on Performance through Production
Motivation Employees at PT. Sambu Kuala Enok Island Inhil Regency. To
determine the effect of the Work Environment on Performance through the
Motivation of Employees in the Production Section at PT. Sambu Kuala
Enok Island in Inhil Regency. The population is 250 people. The sampling
technique used is Cluster random sampling. The method of determining
the number of samples is done by sampling technique using the formula of
Taro Yaname and Slovin, with a sample of 154 people.
Based on the results of research and discussions that have been
done, some conclusions can be drawn, namely competence and work
environment have a positive and significant effect on the motivation of the
Production Section Employees at PT. Sambu Kuala Enok Island Inhil
Regency. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the
performance of Production Section Employees at PT. Sambu Kuala Enok
Island Inhil Regency. work competence and work environment have a
positive and significant effect on the performance of the Production
Section Employees at PT. Sambu Kuala Enok Island Inhil Regency.
competence has a positive and significant effect on performance through
the motivation of the Production Section Employees at PT. Sambu Kuala
Enok Island Inhil Regency. The work environment has a positive and
significant effect on performance through the motivation of the Production
Section Employees at PT. Sambu Kuala Enok Island Inhil Regency.
