Tenayan Raya District is the development of the City of Pekanbaru as a center of
government and industry. The desire of the community to open a rented house
business in Tenayan Raya District, it is necessary to prepare technical documents
in the form of planning drawings, cost plans, and technical specifications. This
research aims to plan the drawing plan, calculate the Budget Plan, and make a
Work Plan and Terms for the construction of a two-story rented house. The data
needed is a land map, Unit Price Analysis, and unit price of wages and materials.
From the data it is processed to get the structural dimensions, plan drawings, work
volumes, Unit Work Prices, Budget Plan, Budget Plan recapitulation, and Work
Plan and Terms. The conclusion is that the area of the two-story rent house is
210 m2 and consists of four tenements in which each floor consists of two
tenements. A tenement consists of one living room, one family room, two
bedrooms, one kitchen, and one bathroom. The total construction cost budget is
Rp1.088.064.000,00 (one billion eighty eight million sixty four thousand rupiah)
with a cost per meter of building area of Rp5.182.000,00 (five million one
hundred eighty two thousand rupiah).
