Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Pemasaran Pada Pt. Toyota Agung Automall Cabang Pangkalan Kerinci
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially the influence of
leadership, motivation, and work discipline on the performance of employees in
the marketing department at PT. Toyota Agung Automall Pangkalan Kerinci
Branch. The population in this study amounted to 48 people. In this study the
census method was used, the entire population was sampled. The types of data
used in this research is primary and secondary data. The data collection
technique is a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear
regression with t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination. The collected data
were analyzed first by testing the quality of the instrument, testing classical
assumptions, and testing hypotheses using the SPSS test tool version 24. The
results of this study indicate that: (1) Leadership, motivation, and work discipline
simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. (2) Partially
leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. (3) Motivation
partly has a significant effect on employee performance. (4) Work discipline
partly has a significant effect on employee performance.
