Tourism village is located in the administrative area of Kampar Regency, Riau Province, more precisely in Tambang District, Teluk Kenidai Village. This research aims to: (1) describes the form of community participation in the management of Teluk Jering Tourism Village, (2) identify the factors that encourage the community to participate in the Management of the Teluk Jering Tourism Village.This research uses a qualitative method. Determination of research subjects using purposive sampling. Information gathering will be stopped when repetition of information from the source has started. The data source used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection method using interviews, observation, documentation, literature study. Data analysis used in this research, namely reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions.
The results obtained in this study are: (1) The participation of Teluk Kenidai Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency in community management of Teluk Jering Tourism Village is very active. This can be seen from community participation in the decision-making process, implementation of activities, activities that provide benefits, and evaluation. (2) The supporting factors for the community of Teluk Kenidai Village in the management of Teluk Jering Tourism Village is maintain Teluk Jering Tourism Village in order to support the economy of the community around Teluk Jering Tourism Village.
