Gambaran Produksi Asi Ibu Postpartum Pada Hari Ke-3 Sampai Hari Ke-7
Breast milk is the best food for babies because they contain quality
nutrients and become the main source of nutrition for babies. The study aims to figure
out the depiction of the postpartum mother breast milk production on the 3rd to the
7th day. Methods: The study uses design with a cross sectional approach. The
samples used in this study were 100 respondents taken based on the criteria of
inclusion using the quota sampling technique. It uses a questionnaire sheet consisting
of an breast milk production indicator. The analysis used is univariate to determine
the frequency distribution. Result: The research results describe the most age range
of respondents was 20-35 years (94.0%), the last education of the College (69.0%),
The majority did not work (52.0%), the type of vitamin and Lactogog that the mother
consumed was vegetable (42.0%), most mothers did not smoke amounting to
(98.0%), and most of the gestation of the mother was Matur (37-42 weeks)

the 3rd to 7th Day is sufficient (55.0%). Conclution: On day 3 to day 7 it can be
described that breast milk postpartum is sufficient. The results of this research can be
used as a reference in health services in providing education or feeding programs to
the mother postpartum.
