Pelaksanaan Program Corporate Social Responsibility (Csr) Desa Berdikari Pt. Pertamina Mor I Dppu Hang Nadim Kelurahan Batu Besar Kecamatan Nongsa Batam

The implementation of CSR is an obligation for the companies in contributing to
the implementation of policies related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in
Indonesia by paying attention to economy, social and environmental aspects.
Some of the problems in the implementation of CSR in Indonesia in realizing the
implementation of GCG "Good Corporate Governance" include the issue of
sustainability of a program and transparency of the company in managing and
providing social funds to the community. This results in disappointment in the
community, CSR programs become less impactful and optimal and the
relationship between the company and the surrounding community becomes less
conducive . The purpose of this research is to find out the Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) program by PT. Pertamina MOR I DPPU Hang Nadim
Batam and see inhibitory factors in its implementation. DPPU Hang Nadim Batam
is one of the aviation fuel business service network or aviation business line
owned by PT. Pertamina. In the implementation of Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) activities, DPPU Hang Nadim considers social, economic
and environmental interests. The implementation of CSR activities carried out by
DPPU Hang Nadim during the period June 2017 - June 2018 has realized 4 (four)
CSR activities with the headline "Desa Berdikari" which is all held in Batu Besar
Subdistrict, Nongsa District in Batam. The impact of this CSR activity is to reduce
the number of teenagers dropping out of school and unemployment, decreasing
the number of malnourished toddlers as well as increasing income. This type of
research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results
showed that PT.Pertamina MOR I DPPU Hang Nadim Batam's of program
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Kampung Tua, Batu Besar Subdistrict,
Nongsa District Batam has not been realized properly because it has not been in
accordance with the target on the strategic plan of DPPU Hang Nadim Batam
CSR program. This is due to several inhibitory factors, including the availability
of funds, mapping social problems have not been carried out properly and the lack
of community participation in participating in this activity.
