Pengembangan Media Big Book Pada Tema Pertumbuhan Dan Perkembangan Makhluk Hidup Subtema 1 Untuk Siswa Kelas III Sekolah Dasar

This study aims to produce a product for the development of the Big Book media with the theme of growth and development of living things, sub-theme 1 for grade III elementary school students in accordance with valid and practical characteristics. The method used in this research is the R&D development method (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model. There are 5 stages carried out, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. The media developed by the researcher was validated by 2 media experts. As for practicality, it can be seen from the questionnaire on the practicality of teachers and students' practicality given by researchers during the small group limited trial. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers in this study were interviews, questionnaires and student learning outcomes in the form of LKPD. The data obtained from the data collection is then processed by quantitative analysis techniques and descriptions. Based on the results of the validation of the big book media developed with very valid criteria with an average percentage of 87.03%. While the practicality of this big book media based on the teacher's practicality questionnaire is 93.05% in the very practical category and the student's practicality questionnaire is 90.55% in the very practical category and student learning outcomes in the form of LKPD get an average score of 83.33% with the category very good. Based on the results of these studies, it can be concluded that the big book media with the theme of growth and development of living things sub-theme 1 for grade III elementary school students has met the valid and practical criteria, which means that it can be used in learning.
